Order Confirmation and Processing

Upon receiving your order, most in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders commence processing the next business day after the order placement date (excluding holidays).

Please note that items shipped directly from our suppliers may require additional time for processing and shipping.

 

Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone.

 

Confirmation: Do expect to receive a confirmation email detailing your order. You will also receive another notification, including tracking information when your order has been shipped. Additionally, you can check the status of your order and track its progress by logging into your account.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within two business days. We offer Standard Shipping (FREE on orders over USD 65). Alternatively, you can opt for Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx) at an additional cost.

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States. Note that we cannot ship to post office boxes. Sometimes, items ordered together may ship separately. Shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

We hope you love every item you purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes it's different from what you were expecting. We offer free returns on most items and have streamlined the process of initiating a return for your convenience. The details of our policy are listed below:

  1. Order not shipped out

We require one working day to prepare your order, so you can cancel your order within one working day, free of charge.

  1. Order Shipped out

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See exemptions below.

 

Return Exemptions: Gift certificates, sale/clearance items, special/custom orders, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

 

Cancellations: Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled prior to shipping. See exemptions below.

 

Cancellation Exemptions: Special/custom orders and made-to-order items may not be changed nor eligible for order cancellation or return.

 

Exchanges (if applicable): We'll replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at service@leratioceramics.com.

 

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

 

Return Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This time period includes the transit time for us to accept your return from the shipper (15-20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
